Terms of Business (extract)

  • Consultants in Intellectual Property Ltd (CIIP) agrees to provide business development services (“the Services”) to the client as set out in the Letter of Appointment which shall form part of the contract with the client
  • The Services do not include the provision of legal advice or legal services or any advice provided by a qualified professional, such as a solicitor, barrister, trademark attorney or accountant
  • CIIP’s fees for The Services are set out in the Letter of Appointment
  • CIIP reserves the right to invoice and be paid for services in advance
  • CIIP reserves all intellectual property rights to information provided as part of our services
  • The agreement between the two parties shall be governed by English law

CIIP’s full Terms and Conditions of Business and Letter of Appointment are available to clients agreeing to contract in the services of CIIP.
